Sian made a big difference and with no judgement or criticism she helped me see for myself that what seemed impossible issues can be put right and I can have control of my life and be happy.
Sian managed to make things straightforward without trivilaity which helped me make realistic, attainable goals. I knew I could contact her by email between our sessions and she would respond back with practical feedback which made a big difference. I have had tears and laughter with Sian whilst going through my life changing experience but I have come a long way since my first cry for help which is largely attributable to her excellent expertise. I would recommend her a million times over!
